Our products are handcrafted candles made in Bendigo, Australia.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.
We accept payments via credit/debit card, direct bank deposit or Afterpay.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We ship Australia-wide using trusted delivery partners.
Postage is payable by the purchaser unless otherwise stated by online offer or sale.
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier.
4. Returns and Refunds
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
For change of mind purchases, we may offer a store credit at our discretion (products must be unused and in original packaging).

Our candles are made with care and test burns are conducted. Candles must be used responsibly and Candle Care recommendations followed.
Always follow the safety instructions provided on the label.
We are not liable for any damage or injury caused by misuse of our products.
